Berufsbeschreibung

Callcenter-Agents erbringen unterschiedlichste Dienstleistungen am Telefon. Sie nehmen eingehende Telefongespräche an, beantworten Kundenanfragen oder erteilen Auskünfte. Manche Anliegen, wie z.B. Reklamationen, leiten sie zur Bearbeitung an die zuständige Abteilung oder Ansprechperson weiter. Sie vermitteln auch Gespräche innerhalb des Unternehmens oder nach außen.

Weiters rufen Callcenter-Agents KundInnen auch aktiv an, z.B. im Rahmen von Telefonverkäufen. Darüber hinaus übernehmen sie unterschiedliche Aufgaben, wie z.B. Weck- und Benachrichtigungsdienste, oder führen Meinungsumfragen für Markt- und Meinungsforschungsunternehmen durch. Sie aktualisieren Kundendaten in Datenbanken und bearbeiten Kundenanfragen per E-Mail oder im Live-Chat. Zudem übernehmen Callcenter-Agents oftmals auch die Bearbeitung der Post und leiten E-Mails an die verantwortlichen Stellen und Personen weiter.
